WHAT IS THE RETURN & REFUND POLICY?

Due to the fact this style is one of a kind we can not offer an exchange for another product and for sanitary reasons we don't offer returns. If a shipment arrives damaged please contact me at jaymesmansfieldbeauty@gmail.com with picture proof within 24 hours of arrival so we can work something out.

If a wig has to be refunded, GUIDELINES REGARDING OUR REFUND PROCESS IS LISTED BELOW
- The wig has to be shipped back within 5 calendar days of delivery to you with the original packaging.
- The wig must be sent back in the condition the wig was received.
- The lace can’t be cut in anyway, IF THE LACE IS CUT NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
- The customer must provide us with the tracking number at jaymesmansfieldbeauty@gmail.com.
- IF A WIG NEEDS TO BE RETURNED THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COST.
- IF ANY OF THE GUIDELINES LISTED ABOVE ARE NOT FOLLOWED, A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN. ONCE WE RECEIVE THE WIG AND THE GUIDELINES WERE FOLLOWED, WE WILL PROCESS THE REFUND WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS.
