FOR MERCHANDISE, EYELASHES & SALE ITEMS ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. HOWEVER, FOR WIGS & CUSTOM STYLED WIGS PLEASE READ BELOW

WHAT IS THE RETURN & REFUND POLICY?

You know I love you and as an influential influencer, your satisfaction is my ultimate goal! aside from world domination. Due to the fact this style is one of a kind we can not offer an exchange for another product and for sanitary reasons we don't offer returns. If a shipment arrives damaged please contact me at jaymesmansfieldbeauty@gmail.com with picture proof within 24 hours of arrival so we can work something out.

If a wig has to be refunded, GUIDELINES REGARDING OUR REFUND PROCESS IS LISTED BELOW


  1. The wig has to be shipped back within 5 calendar days of delivery to you with the original packaging.
  2. The wig must be sent back in the condition the wig was received.
  3. The lace can’t be cut in anyway, IF THE LACE IS CUT NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
  4. The customer must provide us with the tracking number at jaymesmansfieldbeauty@gmail.com.
  5. IF A WIG NEEDS TO BE RETURNED THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COST.
  6. IF ANY OF THE GUIDELINES LISTED ABOVE ARE NOT FOLLOWED, A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN. ONCE WE RECEIVE THE WIG AND THE GUIDELINES WERE FOLLOWED, WE WILL PROCESS THE REFUND WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. 
If a product needs to be returned, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. For international shipping, all customs fees applied are the customer's responsibility. Jaymes Mansfield Beauty is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. It takes 2-3 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment after the order (and payment) has been received.
